2025 Spring Family Info
This festival can accommodate families of up to 4 members. Here is some useful info about booking with families to consider.
All partial seaview and seaview rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. When booking a child we´ll know the age of your child and can provide a small bed for them. So these rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, 1 child. Note, yes kids of any age still pay the same per person rate and kids camp is an optional additional cost. We need to hire kids camp staff and there is a comfortable max occupancy limit we want for the hotel.
Infants - under 2 years old at the time of the event are discounted by 70€ each which is the reduction of the kids opening and closing night dinners. But of course they can still pick at your plate! You´ll need to make your booking as normal, adding them like any other guests to your booking, and then email us letting us know you have an infant. We can then go into your booking and reduce your balance due by this amount. If you pay in full, just pay almost full leaving 70€ balance and then email us and we´ll clear it. Infants can still have breakfast with you too.
Family Suites partial seaview and full seaview - These 10 suites we are reserving for 2 adults, 2 child families initially. They are larger rooms than the standards with 1 double bed plus a large sofa, that doesn't pull out, but we can provide linens for it to make a nice bed for a child. Then an extra kids bed for the 4th child.
If you would like to book this room as a family of 3 you can also upgrade to this if they are available from the 1st of April 2023 please enquire . Your rate will be recalculated back to the date when you made your initial standard room booking so no worries you won´t pay the increased rate difference due to time, but will pay the difference in room type. Please put in the notes section you are interested in upgrading later and send us an email around the 1st of April to check availability.
Kids Camp
During the booking process, or after, you can add-on a Kids Camp Pass for your child ages 5-12 years old for the 4 days starting from the 22nd of April (day after check in day). Kids will be broken up into 2 groups ages 3-7 and 8-12 but that could change depending on what the numbers of kids look like. Also, if you have a well behaved 11-12 year old that is familiar with attending BJJ or yoga classes with adults then they don´t need to attend the camp and can partake with the adults. It's not required for any age.
You can print and complete a kids camp waiver form at this link [ ] to bring with you, or fill one out at the lobby at check in. The kids camp starts on the 22nd of April and you can drop your child off anytime after 9am with pick up no later than 1800. The last day of kids camp is the 25th and on that day camp will end at 1700 so you have time to prepare for the dinner party at 1930.
Kids camp may not be available for booking on the week so best to reserve it now.
Kids Camp description
Our kids camp team will set up mission control at the sandy beach directly in front of the hotel by the playground with a tent. From here our team will take the kids on different adventures as groups together or separately depending on the activity. Activities included in a kid’s pass:
Kids Beach Yoga and BJJ classes on the mats on the beach.
Wildlife hunting rock pools
SUP (only good swimmers allowed and wetsuit highly recommended)
Snorkeling - Wetsuit recommended - good swimmers only
Beach games like volleyball, football, sand castle competition.
Taking over the hotel swimming pool for an hour! Yea! (likely during the mid day when most adult classes are still in session)
Lunch included and all drinks at 1300 - We come back to the hotel for this
Camp High vis rash guard included many sizes to choose from. This is a swimmer rash guard good for swimming and BJJ and can be worn over a wetsuit.
Technically the camp is open for 10 hours 0900-1900 (sun goes down at 20:30). You can keep the kids there the whole time or pick them up and drop them back off whenever you like. Meet us for lunch in the restaurant! Or, maybe you want to have a quiet lunch next door at the beach restaurant. It's fantastic.
